The trail passes through dense oak and rhododendron forests, vast alpine meadows, and stunning ridgelines. From the summit, trekkers enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Trishul and Mt. Nanda Ghunti.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival at Lohajung (7,600 ft)

Arrive at Lohajung, the base village of the Brahmatal trek. Enjoy scenic mountain views and complete your registration and briefing. Overnight stay in guesthouse.

Day 2 – Lohajung to Bekaltal (9,800 ft)

Trek through beautiful oak forests covered in snow. Reach Bekaltal Lake, a stunning high-altitude lake surrounded by forest. Overnight stay in tents.

Day 3 – Bekaltal to Brahmatal (10,500 ft)

Today’s trail offers expansive snow meadows and breathtaking views. Reach Brahmatal Lake, which remains frozen in winter.

Day 4 – Brahmatal to Summit (12,250 ft) and Back to Daldum

Early morning summit push. Enjoy 360° views of Mt. Trishul and Nanda Ghunti. Descend to Daldum campsite.

Day 5 – Daldum to Lohajung

Descend through scenic forest trails back to Lohajung.

Day 6 – Departure

After breakfast, depart with unforgettable Himalayan memories.
