Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu (1330m), a representative will meet you at the airport, assist with immigration procedures, and transfer you to your selected accommodation in the heart of the city. Youll receive a briefing on the upcoming trek, and if time permits, explore Kathmandus iconic sites such as the Swayambhunath Stupa or the bustling Durbar Square.

Day 2: Kathmandu (1330m) – Lukla (2860m) – Phakding (2652m): 3 hours trek

Early in the morning, youll board a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2860m), a thrilling experience with panoramic views of the Himalayas. The trek to Phakding (2652m) takes you through picturesque Sherpa villages like Chaurikharka and Chheplung, allowing you to witness the local way of life and traditional architecture.

Day 3: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440m): 6-7 hours trek

Embark on the trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m), gradually ascending through forests of rhododendron and pine. Cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge over the Dudh Koshi River and enjoy your first views of Everest. Arriving in Namche, explore the lively marketplace and visit the Sherpa Cultural Museum for deeper insights into the local heritage.

Day 4: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3860m): 6-7 hours trek

Day 7: Dingboche – Dughla/Thukla (4620m): 3 hours trek

Day 8: Dhugla/Thukla – Lobuche (4940m): 3-4 hours trek

Day 9: Lobuche – Gorakshep (5164m) – Everest Base camp (5364m) – Gorakshep: 7-8 hours trek

Reach Gorakshep (5164m) and continue to Everest Base Camp (5364m). Explore the base camp, marvelling at the iconic Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks. Retire to Gorakshep for a well-earned rest, surrounded by the tranquillity of the high-altitude wilderness.

Day 10: : Gorakshep – Kala Pathar (5644m) – Pheriche (4371m) : 7-8 hours trek

Early morning, ascend Kala Pathar (5644m) for a panoramic sunrise view of Everest and neighbouring peaks. Descend to Pheriche (4371m), allowing your body to acclimatize to lower altitudes while relishing the memories of the summit.

Day 11: Pheriche – Namche Bazaar: 2-3 hours trek

Descend to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps through familiar landscapes. Immerse yourself in the vibrant Sherpa culture and enjoy the warm hospitality of the local teahouses.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar – Lukla : 1-2 hours trek

Continue the descent from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, passing through charming villages like Monjo and Phakding. Reflect on the journey, savouring the final moments of the trek.

Day 13: Lukla– Kathmandu

Fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu, providing a final opportunity to appreciate the Himalayan vistas from above. Spend the afternoon exploring Kathmandu, perhaps visiting the Patan Durbar Square or shopping for souvenirs in Thamel.
